Duke lexuar vargjet nga poema e njohur e Tennyson-it, Locksley Hall, kridhem perseri habitor si dikur, ne thellesi te hapsires e te viteve. Shejzat, - midis Mitologjise e Shkences (pjesa e pare)

Pleiadat apo sic njihen ne shqipen e gegeve, shejzat, jane nje grumbullim yjesh ne kostelacionit e Buallit. Shejzat kane qene e mbeten pjese e mitologjise te kulturave e qyteterimeve te ndryshme. Ne mitologjine greke Pleiadat ishin shtate vajzat e Atlasit dhe Pleinones; per vikinget ato ishin pulat e Freias. Ne Europen e epokes te bronzit, keltet e popullsi te tjera perreth, i kujtonin Pleiadat ne raste pershendoshjesh e funeralesh, kur ato ngriheshin e shendritnin nga lindja, ne qiellin e nates, midis ekuinoksit vjeshtor dhe solsticit dimror, periudhe pergjate te ciles mbahej festivali pagan ne kujtim te te vdekurve. Acteket e kishin ndertuar kalendarin bazuar ne levizjen e Pleiadave ne qiell, ndersa per japonezet shejzat quheshin Subaru "sebashku", emer i huazuar ne kohet moderne nga prodhuesi japonez i automobileve.

The Dardennes film ‘Le silence de Lorna’

The double Palme d’Or winners Luc and Jean-Pierre Dardenne came to Cannes with their sixth fiction feature film in their native Belgium. The film is called Le silence de Lorna (Lorna’s Silence) and stars regular Dardenne leading man Jérémie Renier, Italo-Belgian actor Fabrizio Rongione and young Kosovar-Albanian actress Arta Dobroshi, who first came to attention in Kujtim Çashku’s Albanian feature Syri magjik (Magic Eye) from 2005.

Rongione and Renier both starred in films by another Belgian talent, Joachim Lafosse, last year; Rongione in Ça rend heureux (What Makes You Happy), which he co-wrote, and Jérémie alongside his older brother Yannick Renier and French diva Isabelle Huppert in Lafosse's Nue propriété (Private Property). Rongione also had bit parts in two earlier Dardenne films and recently wrapped Ariel Zeitoun's Le dernier gang (The Last Gang).

Newly Established International Folk's “Oscars”

For four days, from 8th to 11th of May, two southern Italian towns, San Severo and Alto Tavogliere in Puglia, became "the reference points” of international folklore as the First Festival of Popular Traditions took place there. The Festival offered space and opportunity to all the lovers of pizzica and taranta with a rich program relevant to the art and traditions of folklore. The event celebrated the lifelong contributions of several international renowned folklore collectors, scholars, musicians, ethnomusicologists from different places of the world. It was the first event of this nature and scale.

Jammin’ The Blues

Some of the most vivid and rare portrait of jazz musicians in action during the 1930s and 1940s came in the form of the Hollywood movies and the so-called “soundies”, stand-alone shorts of the big bands that were packed with feature films. Frequently, popular bands such as those of Duke Ellington, Count Basie, Jimmie Lunceford, Woody Herman, Jimmy Dorsey and Glenn Miller were the biggest draws of the otherwise mostly forgettable films in which they appeared. However, as valuable as these music sequences 60 and 70 years ago might be, they are remembered partly for their Hollywood embellishment rather than for probing for the music itself or its creators on a deeper level.

In July 2, 1944, Norman Granz presented a jazz concert (actually a series of glorified Jam Sessions) at the Philharmonic Auditorium in Los Angeles; thus, the name Jazz At the Philharmonic(JATP as it was labeled by the media).

JATP was the forerunner of the outdoor jazz festivals as well as jazz concerts in classical concerts.

Another important factor was that the concert was recorded and released unedited commercially and the recording engineer, dressed in military uniform and acting for the AFN radio was also a great man by the name of Jimmy Lyon, the founder of Monterrey Jazz Festival.

Nga vitet gjashtėdhjetė (nė kohėn kur isha student i Akademisė sė Muzikės nė Beograd) isha njohur dhe i kisha konsultuar dy vepra tė Ramadan Sokolit: “Folklori muzikor shqiptar” dhe “Veglat muzikore tė popullit shqiptar”, mė pas gradualisht vazhdova tė njihesha edhe me tėrė veprimtarinė tjetėr tė tij. Por takimi ynė i parė fizik ndodhi nė Tiranė, nė shtator tė vitit 1995, nė banesėn e tij tė “famshme” “bodrumin-muze”. Unė kisha shkuar si anėtar i Jurisė sė Festivalit Folklorik Kombėtar qė atė vit u mbajt nė Berat. Nga ai takim, lidhjet tona u bėnė shumė tė afėrta si profesionale e po ashtu edhe miqėsore.

Në vitin 1975, një grup folkloristësh gjermanë do të nisnin aventurën nëpër Shqipëri. Të ngarkuar me mjetet e nevojshme, do të shkelnin fshatra të thellë në kërkim të mbledhjes së këngëve popullore. Ishte një punë që e kishin bërë edhe në vende të tjera. Por ashtu siç ata e përshkruajnë më vonë, nëse pjesë të historisë, gjeografisë dhe zakone të Shqipërisë bëheshin të ditura nëpër raporte udhëtimesh që mbanin diplomatët e përfaqësive të huaja, folklori kishte mbetur një njollë e bardhë. Me dëshirën për të eksploruar diçka të re, Doris e Erich Stockmann së bashku me Ëilfried Fiedler mbërrijnë në Shqipëri. Të shoqëruar nga profesor Ramadan Sokoli dhe Albert Paparisto, si pjesë e palës shqiptare, për 3 muaj ata do të shkelnin pjesën jugore të Shqipërisë. Kjo ishte ekspedita shqiptaro-gjermane e vitit 1957. Atëherë, prof. Sokoli ishte vetëm 37 vjeç e në hapat e para të marrjes me folklorin. Ndërsa sot, me peshën e viteve mbi supe e kujton si një eksperiencë shumë interesante.

New Networks for a New Local Music

A plea for more intercultural musical exchanges between Switzerland and the Balkans, presented at the International Symposium «Urban Music in the Balkans» in Tirana 2006.

When it comes to music from the Balkans, most of the concert organisers, music journalists and audiences in Switzerland ask for musical «diversity». They select certain musicians and ensembles, which they believe to be traditional. Or they jump on the latest trends in club culture, and book DJ’s and producers who melt electronic beats with «traditional» Balkan melodies and instruments. The losers are – as elsewhere in the world of music - the musicians and composers who try to create more complex, contemporary, well developed musical languages. And: The musicians who do not know how to sell themselves, how to network successfully, how to contact foreign arts councils.

In the process of intense “Europeanisation”, which for the citizens of southeastern Europe has in recent years gone beyond mere current politics, taking the shape of a distinct struggle for a “better life”, whose outcome is within reach and which, as was formulated in one of the oft repeated phrases, “can and should be led by each one of us”, the idea of the Balkans as a unique cultural area has attained a new vigor. After the winds of war at the end of the 20th century, and in spite of the still unresolved Kosovo issue, the Balkans as a region in which models of multicultural social communities have existed for centuries, has once again become a metaphorical (yet also real) area which has something to offer to Europe and the world.

Duke udhetuar ne pjesen veriore te Shqiperise, perkthyesi i shpjegon Dusko Doder-it se disa nga shtepite e hereshme te rrafshuara kohe me pare, me guret e themeleve te shperndara sic diktohej nga rregullat e kanunit, ishin shtepite e atyre qe kishin thyer besen. Shqiptaret sot, nuk e ndeshkojne njeri-tjetrin ne nje menyre te tille. Sic veren autori, shqiptaret e kane teper te veshtire te premtojne dicka, sado e parendesishme te jete ajo; ata nuk e marrin persiper te bejne dicka per ty, nese e gjykojne se nuk do te jene ne gjendje te mbajne fjalen e dhene. Shqiptaret stepen, ndruhen se, duke mos mbajtur fjalen, thyejne ne kete menyre besen.

Gazetari me origjine serbo-shqiptare, Dusko Doder, eshte nder te paret njerez te medias perendimore qe shkeli Shqiperine ne dhjetor te 1990-te; ndersa shkrimin per National Geographic e pergatiti ne nje nga vizitat e mevoneshme, ne pranvere te vitit 1992. Udhetimi ne kilometrat e pare brenda kufirit shqiptar, ka reminishencat e dialogut qe zhvillohet midis konsullit francez bonapartist dhe ndihmesit te tij ne romanin e Ivo Andricit Kronike Ballkanase. Me te kaluar kufirit, ne cdo kilometer ne thellesi te tokes shqiptare, rruga ngushtohej e perkeqsohej, - nuk ishte e mirembajtur. Cdo njeriu do t’i linde dyshimi, se nje gje e tille ishte bere me qellim: per te mbajtuar te huajt, “pushtuesit” jashte ketij territori. Sic thote autori, mjaftonin vetem disa llokume dinamit, per te hedhur ne ere rrepirat shkembore ne ane te rruges e per te bllokuar me copat e shkembinjve te rrezuar prej shperthimit, kalimin e ngushte automobilistik.

Ne mendjen time, qe ne feminine me te hereshme ai ishte dhe mbeti qytetar i nje Shqiperie tjeter, i nje Shqiperie qe une ne te vertete nuk e njihja dhe nuk e njoha kurre. Mbase i nje Shqiperie qe nuk egzistonte gjetiu pervecse ne perfytyrimin tim te hallakatur.

Jo vetem sot, jo thjesht per ate qe ka ndodhur, por edhe shume vite me pare, ne gjallje te tij, atehere kur kisha privilegjin te beja ndonje cope rruge me te, mendja gjithnje me ka qene fiksuar te ideja se vepra me madheshtore e Ramadan Sokolit ka qene dinjiteti i tij. Ai mbeti i denje edhe ne nje kohe krejt te padenje.

Profesorin e nderuar e kam takuar për herë të parë në vitin 1970, pikërisht me 26 dhjetor në Tiranë. Atë kohë patëm shkuar unë kompozitori dhe profesori Lorenc Antoni në Festivalin tradicional që mbahej për çdo vjet, Kënga në Radio, njëra prej festivaleve të shumtë tradicionale që i këndohej Partisë së punës së Shqipërisë, kooperativistit, shokut Enver dhe tërë plejadës së udhëheqësve partiak, si përfaqësues të Shoqatës së kompozitorëve të Kosovës në kuadrin e marrëveshjes në mes të Shoqatës së kompozitorëve të Kosovës dhe Lidhjes së shkrimtarëve dhe artistëve të Shqipërisë për këmbimet reciproke.

Rigjetja e “Skënderbeut” të Vivaldit

Në një shkrim botuar në të përditshmen “Korrieri” me ngjyrat sensacionale të një “scoop”-i gazetaresk mësohet se është zbuluar një vepër operistike, që siç autori lë të kuptohet, ishte “mbajtur e strukur” nga vetë Vivaldi, e i ishte kushtuar pikërisht heroit tonë kombëtar Gjergj Kastriotit. Kur lexova këtë, m’u krijua përshtypja se isha shumë i vjetër në moshë, biles ndoshta edhe kisha vdekur, e në botën e përtejme po dëgjoja për “rigjetjen” e “Skënderbeut” të Vivaldit. Megjithëse kemi kaluar në mijëvjeçarin e tretë, kanë kaluar vetëm 25 vjet nga botimi i veprës të Prof. Ramadan Sokolit, “Figura e Skënderbeut në muzikë”, në të cilën, një kapitull i veçantë i kushtohet figurës të Skënderbeut në muzikën e kompozitorëve të huaj. Autori, Prof. Sokoli, si gjithnjë është i kursyer në fjalë, por na jep një informacion të saktë, se çfarë duhet të presim nga Vivaldi dhe opera e tij “Skënderbeu”.

Me hidhërim të thellë, sot, populli shqiptar dhe gjithë trashëgimia e jonë kulturore shqiptare përcjell për në banesën e fundit prof. Ramadan Sokolin, personalitetin më të shquar të studimeve në fushën e trashëgimisë shpirtërore shqiptare, themeluesin e shkencës sonë etnomuzikologjike. Prof. Sokoli lindi në qytetin e Shkodrës më 14 qershor 1920 në familjen patriotike dhe atdhetare të Sokolave. Arsimin fillor dhe të mesëm i kryen në qytetin e Shkodrës. Në vitet 1940-1944 kryen studimet e larta muzikore në Firence, Itali. Pas çlirimit të vendit kryen detyrën e pedagogut të Folklorit Muzikor Shqiptar në Liceun Artistik dhe Institutin e Lartë të Arteve, degë të cilën e krijoi ai vetë. Nga vitet 1946-1950, Prof. Sokoli burgoset nga diktatura komuniste duke dashur të thyejë karakterin e pathyeshëm të këtij burri të rrallë të Shqipërisë në shek. XX, pjesë e kalvarit të dënimeve që morën edhepjestarë të tjerë të familjes së tij gjatë atyre viteve.

Dikur Martin Camaj shkruante se "Shqipëria do të jetë vërtet e lirë, vetëm atëherë kur shqiptarët do të kenë mundësi të lexojnë, të studiojnë dhe të lexojnë veprat e shkrimtarëve të tillë të mëdhenj si Arshi Pipa". Gjithkushi mund ta receptojë dhe të ndërtojë meditimin e vet si të dojë mbi këtë test të Camajt mbi një shkrimtar shqiptar. Por për mua fjalët e Camajt janë një kut matës i perceptimeve që ndërton shoqëria ndaj shkrimtarit të vet dhe, së këndejmi, vihet në provë një e vërtetë më e madhe: a i duhen shoqërisë shkrimtarët dhe çfarë roli luan shkrimtari në psikwn dhe konstruktin moral e shpirtëror të shoqërisë, së cilës i drejtohet.

Kosovo: Time For Serbia To Wake Up

Last week's pictures from Belgrade were ugly. Broken windows in the city center, the burned flags of foreign embassies, and thinly veiled justifications of the violence by Serbian officials. A government minister, Velimir Ilic, went so far to say that violence against foreign embassies was the appropriate answer to the "violence" committed against Serbia by taking away its province.

However, Kosovo left Serbia a long time ago. Most Serbs did not notice that departure, since Kosovo was not present in their conscience as a place to visit or, God forbid, a place to move to with a business or the family.

"Kosovo is Serbia", "Ask any historian" read the unlikely placards, waved by angry Serb demonstrators in Brussels on Sunday. This is rather flattering for historians: we don't often get asked to adjudicate. It does not, however, follow that any historian would agree, not least because historians do not use this sort of eternal present tense.

History, for the Serbs, started in the early 7th century, when they settled in the Balkans. Their power base was outside Kosovo, which they fully conquered in the early 13th, so the claim that Kosovo was the "cradle" of the Serbs is untrue.

Perseri e perseri, duke iu rikthyer leximit te autoreve qe kemi per zemer, bindemi se ata edhe pas rileximit te vepres se tyre, kane aftesi te na befasojne serishmi. Shkrimtaret e medhenj na mahnisin me universalitetin e tyre, sepse ata nuk jane thjesht nje miniere apo forxhe ideshe, por gjithmone edhe nje "kuti e magjikeshme" prej ku dalin panderprere gjera te reja e te befasueshme, qe ne jemi ne gjendje t'i percojme sensualisht, apo t'i abstragojme vetem pas nje ripertypje te gjate te vepres se tyre. Te pushton frika se ndoshta, kurre nuk mund te depertosh plotesisht ne boten e tyre. E larget, e huaj perngjan magjia e tyre ne njohjen e pare, shume larg ne rete e pafundesise eshte mendimi i tyre, shume i vecante mesazhi i tyre.

Diku nga vitet 1980-te, ne nje vizite ne New York, Ibrahim Rugova, iu krijua mundesia te takohej me nje gazetar te nje te perditeshme prestixhoze te New York-ut, i cili kishte marre persiper te shkruante nje artikull per Kosoven. Ishte nje nga ata gazetaret “junior”, qe nuk dinte shume per Kosoven dhe shqiptaret e Kosoves. Rugova si fillim nxorri nga canta qe gjithmone mbarte me vete, nje harte te krahines autonome te Jugosllavise te atehereshme, - Kosoves. Biseda sic zakonisht ndodh ne keto lloj rastesh, nuk zgjati shume.

Someone with a good memory of the conversation once told me how Lord Carrington, then one of the "mediators" of the incipient post-Yugoslavia war, came to the conclusion that Slobodan Milosevic was a highly dangerous man. Well-disposed toward Serbia (as the British establishment has always been), Carrington told the late dictator that he understood Serb concerns about significant Serbian minorities in Bosnia and Croatia. But why did Milosevic also insist on exclusive control over Kosovo, where the Albanian population was approximately 90 percent? "That," replied Milosevic coldly, "is for historical reasons." It's a shame, in retrospect, that it took us so long to diagnose the pathology of Serbia's combination of arrogance and self-pity, in which what is theirs is theirs and what is anybody else's is negotiable.

Zentanasit e ata pak jo-zentanas qe ne nje menyre ose nje tjeter kane kerkuar nje fat me te mire per Zentanes, besojne se ajo nuk eshte as Euritane e as Aziane. Prirja kryesore, drejtimi dominues i Zentanes ka anuar me shume nga Euriana, Perendimi se sa nga Aziana, Lindja. Fatkeqesisht per shkak te rrethanave historike, qendrimit te gjate nen dominimin e perandorive me origjine e shikim nga lindja, arbitrarisht, perkatesia e saj kulturore eshte referuar me shpesh, si kulture lindore se sa perendimore. Kjo reference mbizoteruese, ka shkaktuar qe Zentana, te mos perfshihet si nje pjese e globusin kultural Eurianas. PRISTINA, Kosovo - Kosovo declared itself a nation on Sunday, mounting a historic bid to become an "independent and democratic state" backed by the U.S. and key European allies but bitterly contested by Serbia and Russia.

"Kosovo is a republic — an independent, democratic and sovereign state," parliament speaker Jakup Krasniqi said as the chamber burst into applause.

Banaliteti i te keqes eshte nje fraze e koinizuar dhe e bere te njohur nga filozofja gjermane-amerikane Hannah Arend. Kjo shprehje e sjelle nga Arend-i permbledh tezen se saj se: te gjithe te keqijat, krimet e kryera pergjate historise te njerezimit, duke perfshire ketu edhe Holokaustin, nuk jane vepra vetem te disa fanatikeve apo psikopateve, por jane kryer edhe nga njerez te zakonshem, te cilet pranuan premisat e shtetit dhe ideologjise sunduese te atij shteti, te cilit i ofruan sherbimin e tyre. Ata morren pjese me deshire ne kryerjen e krimeve te paimagjinueshme, me bindjen se ishin duke bere detyren dhe aktet e tyre ishin krejt normale.

Ne vitin 1961, Hannah Arend ishte derguar ne Jerusalem nga revista The New Yorker. Kesaj rradhe ne rolin e reporteres; te merrte pjese ne gjykimin e njerit prej nazisteve me famekeq, Adolf Eichmann. Ne seancat e gjygjit, Hannah vuri re se njeriu qe gjykohej mbas asaj kioske xhami ishte ndryshe nga kriminelet e tjere te rangut te Hitlerit, Geringut, Himlerit, e rrethit te ngushte te hierarkise te larte naziste. Veprimtaria e tij kriminale ishte rrjedhoje e ambicies, interesimit e deshires te tij per te kryer me perpikmeri detyrat e tij si nepunes i administrates naziste. Ne aspektin psikologjik dhe jo nga pikpamja legale, ngjante se ai, nuk ishte nje mendje kriminale, e shtyre nga nje urrejtje e deshire per te vrare hebrenjte ne vecanti.

We rang the telephone number which Ilir had scribbled
down, and Nexhmije answered - which was to expected,
of course. But for Diani Nexhmije belonged to the old
pantheon of saints. Nexhmije had shared the royal
podium. It was scarcely believable that she should
answer her own telephone and ask that we avoid the
back entrance.

"She did stress the 'front entrance,'" said Diani.

Five o'clock, and although it was dark I could see no

Cdo kujt i bie rasti te shprehet:

”Bindja ime personale eshte se, kolegu me siper e ka interpretuar krejt....”

Menjehere, kjo shprehje, me solli ndermend kardinalin Ratzinger, sot Papa Benedikt XVI, i cili na kujton "diktaturen e relativizmit", qe varet mbi kokat e njeriut (post)modern, si nje mjegullnaje.

Ratzinger:

And this while relativism, that is, allowing oneself to be led here and there by any wind of doctrine, is seen as the only behavior abreast of the times.

What "remains eternally," he added, "is the human soul."

Relativizmi vjen ne forma te ndryshme, por gjithmone eshte dekonstruktivist ne natyre. Pershembull, per relativizmin, nuk ka te vertete historike objektive. Nuk ekziston e verteta historike apo objektive. Enver Hoxha, ne varesi se kush e trajton historine, jo vetem qe mund te mos kete qene diktator, por mund te kete qene fare mire nje clirues, shpetimtar, marksist i madh, etj, superlativa te ketij lloji.

Jean-Francois Jonvelle lindi ne Cavaillon te Frances ne 1943. Si femi ishte shume i levizshem, e nuk shkelqente ne asgje. Nje dite, ne vitin 1959, ishte nje fotograf, Georges Glasberg, i cili e ftoi Jean, t’i bashkohej atij ne nje turne rreth France per te fotografuar katedralet. Ne moshen 16 vjec, ai nisi aventuren e fotografit, te krijuesit te imazheve fotografike.

Motoja e tij ishte:“Gjithshka qe te besh, beje pa e imagjinuar”. Per ate, te fotografuarit, te kapurit e imazheve fotografike behej si nje krijim i castit, pa ndonje parapergatitje. Ai qe ne momentin qe filloi te shkrepe butonin e aparatit, iu perkushtua artit te fotografise me te njejten pasion e dashuri, qe nuk iu venit pergjate gjithe jetes.

Te gjitha permbysjet dhe turbullirat sociale kane ndodhur duke patur te vetmen shtyse-utopine e perjeteshme te njerezimit se mund te ndryshojne natyren njerezore. E per kete sipas tyre do te mjaftonte prezantimi e pranimi i nje kulture apo ideologjie te re. Por per sociologjistet e psikologet post-moderne, Aristoteli vazhdon te mbreteroje edhe pas 2000 vjetesh.

Natyra njerezore, jo vetem qe nuk ka ndryshuar aspak keto 2000 vjet, por nuk ka ndryshuar aspak ne 10,000 vjet. Sipas tyre karakteristikat e tiparet a saj nuk jane implantuar nepermjet kulturave, por gjenetikisht nepermjet evolucionit.

An International Mandate over Albania!?

Surprisingly as it may seem the idea of an international mandate(UN-USA) over Albania is as old as the creation of modern Albania itself. At the time a considerable number of Albanian-Americans looked at the US as the Power which could fulfill this role. This view was conveyed explicitly in Vatra's statement of March 15, 1918:

...[Albania] shall be assigned to them the assistance and cooperation of some great nation with no political ambitions to subserve and no desire for territorial conquest...the United States seems to be the nation to which the Albanians can look with perfect confidence. If an American commissioner or commission were to be designated by the United States to assist the Albanians in forming constructive and successful state, every loyal Albanian would be satisfied... The word "mandate" surfaced up and a confidential document of the State Department circulated under the title: "Brief recommendation regarding Albania" suggesting that United States Government might support:

Marlow, ishte nje dramaturg anglez, rreth te cilit prej kohe, eshte hedhur hipoteza se eshte autori i vertete i trashigimise shekspiriane. Nese nje dite do te mund te provohet kjo hipoteze, do te dale se edhe vepra e pare e shkruar e Shekspirit(pra Marlow-t) do te jete drama mbi Skenderbeun: The True History of George Scanderbeg. Sot nuk ekziston, as edhe nje kopje e vetme e kesaj drame.

Ndoshta duke u nisur nga vet titulli(Historia e Vertete e George Scanderbeg) do te mesonim shume rreth Skenderbeut, perderisa sic edhe dime nga vepra shekspiriane, ai na i ka zbuluar te vertetat njerezore fare lakuriq. Po te kishim vepren Dhe te provonim se autori eshte Shekspiri, do ta kishim zgjidhur paq kete punen e Skenderbeut, e te vertetave rreth tij.

Konvertimi im ne nje njeri qe beson ne Krijuesin, erdhi nje dite te mire me diell, a priori, si pakuptuar, as une vet se di se si. Nuk kishte te bente me leximet e mija, as me ndryshimin e vizionit per jeten, as me ndonje ngjarje ne jeten time personale, as me moden per te perqafuar nje fe ne ditet post-komuniste te Shqiperise. Asnjehere nuk jam lodhur per te gjetur perse-ne apo si-ne. Ndodhi. Vetem se ate dite, morra vesh kuptimin e fjaleve qe me kishte thene gjyshi im nje cerek shekulli me pare. Gjyshi im, ndjese paste, ishte njeri i Zotit, nje eksponent teper i spikatur ne besimin e tij. Tek e shihja te falej ate figure cikllopi, te gjate, e pyesja:- "Cfare po ben, o gjysho? Po bej gjimnastike," - me thoshte. Vetem periudha post-ateiste, me mesoj kuptimin qe i jepte ai gjimnastikes.

Pune e holle kjo, djem e vajza! Sidomos, kur vjen puna per te perkufizuar revolucionet. E me te vertete, cfare jane revolucionit? A jane thjesht perseritja e historise, pra nje spiral me lart, apo nje "nuveau development" e nje menyre totalisht e re e te menduarit, adaptuar per rrethana te reja? A jane revolucionet ne art, ne shkence, ne politike (sisteme shoqerore) te njejta; a jane perqafime prej shumices per shkak te dhunes abstraguese, psikologjike apo fizike; apo jane perqafime te vullneteshme te masave injorante apo atyre te sofistikuara? Sa zgjasin revolucionet, kane nje "due date", nje vit, dy, kater, dhjete here, apo jane "perpetual"?
